Few things could be going on. Let me first say a/c work can be very dangerous and should be done by a qualified technician. First check that you have freon in the system and is at the proper charge. Next check the compressor by unplugging it and supply a 12 volt aux power to pump. If it turns on move on to the pressure switch "thinking you know what to do if it doesnt turn on. " jumper the pressure switch with a small wire at the harness plug and see if it will turn on. If none of these work and ALL the fuses and relays are working replace the control head unit... but I still strongly suggest you bring it in to get it fixed...
