How to remove the axle assembly on a 02 santa fe

THE CRANK SENSOR IS LOCATED ON THE ENGINE BLOCK NEAR TRANSMISION BUT CALL YOUR DEALER THIS TRUCK HAVE A RECALL FOR THE SENSOR

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
   
2. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
   
3. Loosen the mounting bolts and nut of headlight assembly (A).

4. Take care that retaining clip (A) is not to be damaged-Santa Fe.

5. Disconnect the headlight electrical connectors.
   
6. Remove the headlight assembly.
   
7. Remove the headlight bulb:
   
   • Remove the headlight bulb(s) with a counterclockwise turn-Santa Fe.
     
   • Remove the headlight bulb after removing the bulb caps (A)-Veracruz.
     

     Remove the head lamp bulb(s) with a counterclockwise turn-Santa Fe
     

     Remove the headlight bulb after removing the bulb caps (A)-Veracruz
     

To install:

1. Install the headlight bulbs.
   
2. Install the headlight bulb caps-Veracruz.
   
3. Connect the headlight electrical connector.
   
4. Install the headlight assembly.
   
5. Connect the negative (-) battery termina

once bolts out lift up on the headlight unit hope this helps plz vote comment reply if you need more help

Think U mean Clutch Spring maybe? If so the trans axle needs to be removed , fly wheel needs surfaced and a complete clutch kit needs to be installed.

once the radiator is out and axles disconnected the only way is up and out.its also easier if you take off the front cross panel in front of the rad.you need to tilt it engine up slightly.....

pull swiftly !!! on the axle hub
as its got a big circlip in there & that is why it feels STUCK!

i do my own oil since ive had my 02 santa fe.first remove the black plastic shield under the car.its best to use the perfect size rench to break the oil pan bolt lose. it takes 4.5 quarts for the four cylinder and the v6 3.5L 4.7quarts for 2.7Lv6
