check your blower fuse first if that's not bad try lightly tapping on the bottom of the blower motor itself 2 see if it comes on maybe a bad connection
The blower motor is now 8 years old-check if it is burnt out. If not, could be a wiring problem or a blower switch problem.
If you take the blower motor off, test operation with jumper wires from a battery.
Not sure I follow your question. If the blower motor runs at high speed on all fan settings, there could be a short in the controller. The fan control and ac-heat control are separate circuits in the controller.
Does the blower work when you turn off the A/C? If not, it sounds like either the blower motor, relay or blower switch took a poo! 06 Kia? Should still be under warranty.
