If its the same as the lantra its in the engine bay passenger side one end is fitted with a not on the fuel line the other is pushed in then held with a small bolt slightly offset from the pipe

If it's anything like the 2000 Hyundai Accent (which it probably is) it is mounted on top of the gas tank. First make sure you have a tank that is less than half full (8lbs per gallon), then jack up the car and place jackstands in a secure place. Then place a jack and 2x4 under the tank. Remove the 2 straps and slowly lower the fuel tank, it's most likely on the passenger side on top of the tank.

best thing to do is to get under the car and go near the gas can. follow the fuel lines till you get the fuel filter. both sides should pull off the filter. be quick cause fuel will come out
