If your batteries aren't holding a charge then they might need to be replaced. When batteries are used seasonally their life span is generally shorter. You can check them using a voltmeter. Regular 90 weight gear oil. Fill until it reaches the fill hole.

No FREE manual site. Some sites have drawings for electric wiring but nothing on the engines. Some dealer sites may be willing to help if you are going to buy parts from them. I have service manuals for all carts, but I am a dealer and they will not let me post as an ad. I am sure that my friends in the industry will be more than willing to help, if you call a local shop.
