2003 buick rendezvous no thermestat and still heats up

 Fuse #14 is for REAR auxillary power  outlet (in cargo area).  This is located in the INSIDE fuse box to the left of and under the glovebox (to the left of the front passenger's feet).
Fuse #32 is for FRONT Power Outlets/cigarette lighter//Lights, OnStar®  Fuse 32 is under the hood in the ENGINE AREA fuse box located in the compartment  just above the battery.DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MANUAL to make sure that your fuses are the same.  I have a 2003 Rendezvous. Your newer model may be different.  The diagrams for each fuse box can be found inside the lids of the compartments.

I assume you mean the air conditioning blower motor. Its accessed by removing the panel in the floorboard of the passenger side, just below the glove compartment. Its up, and to the left.

I just replaced the blower motor resistor on my 2003 Rendezvous. I bought the resistor at the GM dealership for $48 (AC Delco). The part number was 25928168. The fan now works in all five speeds.
For electrical parts, I only trust the dealership for the latest revised components.
