I bought a T/3 T4 T3 turbo charger 2.25" 4 bolt exhaust .48at turbo Charger 42ar oil cooled only for an 04 maxima and I'm wondering what accessories am I gonna need piping and intercooler wise and turbo...

Turbo manifold, blow off valve, waste gate, intercooler, turbo timer, piggyback or standalone ECU, most likely an all new exhaust system, new intake, filter. An oil cooler may be needed, as those turbo chargers are most likely cooled and lubricated by the oil in the engine, needing to be piped through the turbo itself.

Turbo keeps blowing

Make sure you are getting oil to the turbo charger. The oil gallery could be clogged therefore starving the turbo of lubricant.

Turbo drops in and out and blows black smoke and after 10 miles on highway turbo doesnt work at all and no smoke

Check the plastic muffler on the turbo charger, they have a habit of failing and blocking airflow, shuts down the turbocharger.

Turbo charger over boost was diagnostic term. Also noticed sort of a tapping or clicking off and on at speeds of over 60 mph after having problem with turbo

variable vains are sticking in the turbo, you can try moving the lever manually to clean them or using a good quality fuel cleaner,if this fails yiu will need a new turbo

Turbo Boost sensor A

hi what was the code (p 0244)sounds like you need to replace the the turbo wastegate valve .sounds to me like its overboosting as if the charge from the turbo gets too hot the engine will misfire thus causing damage to engine ,the waste gate valve is there to prevent over pressurisation

Mazda bongo 2.5 turbo diesel 1996. over heating

no im a mechanic it sounds like that you have an air lock in the cooling system .i am familiar with ford freda and bongo and the design where the engine is is a bit far from the radiator ,so the problem with air locks magnifies.really the solution is just drain the water and refill it slowly while you are pressing and releasing, just repeat the action on the top radiator hose to get rid of any air trapping within the system,it's as simple as that really.you want it to have just water and no air as this will cause a blockage.
