Try disconnecting the battery for an hour. This will keep any power from all systems. This works on my '96 Quest, hope is solves your problem.

PUSH AND HOLD BUTTON IN SPEEDO CLUSTER. FIRST SET TE SPEEDO TO READ ODOMETER THEN PRES AND HOLD BUTTON.

sometimes if the steering wheel is in a bind the switch will not turn try turning the wheel a bit while at the same time turning the switch good luck

1) Reset the ignition timing to the manufacturer specifications.
2) Tes the primary circuit and secondary circuit from ignition system. see the diagram attached. God bless you

There are two ways, you can disconnect the battery negative cable for 5 minutes or you can reset it with a system scanner.

Resistor switch. The rotary switch on the dash is very, very uncommon. It is also not the blower, because it works.
