SOURCE: 1992 Honda Prelude Timing Belt Diagram

There's no such thing as a timing belt diagram.

Do you mean to say the "Procedure" for changing a timing belt in a 92 Prelude?

By asking such a question I can only interpret it as a clear indication that you've never changed a timing belt before.

If this is true, then you don't want to start out or practice on your own car.

Get the car to a pro and have the job done right.

If not true (and you've changed timing belt's in the past)

Then give me the engine size and I'll post the:

"PROCEDURE" for changing the belt in a few hours.

SOURCE: My ABS light on my 1996 Honda Prelude is on. How

the light will only turn off when the ABS system fault that caused the module to turn the light on is repaired, to do this u need to have the dealer test the system for fault codes, most likely one of the four wheel speed sensors will be defective.

You cannot properly set static timing on any vehicle without using a timing light. Buy or borrow a timing light.

S3 light starts blinking after driving around for a little while. I also notice the speedometer will stop working and then starts back working. When I turn off the ignition this clear the blinking S3...

The transmission's electronic control module is most likely bad I had a 1989 prelude that had the same issue I had to replace the TCM on it after the S3 light came on but my problem was a problem shifting, if you have a electronic speed sensor for the trans. and not a speedometer cable the speed sensor may be bad if you have the cable type change the TCM (transmission control module)

You need to check the tcm for codes too. The s3 light is like the check engine light for the tcm. The VSS code might be your problem.

Transmision light on dash flashing

I have a similar problem with the S3 light flashing and the check engine light coming on as well as surging issues. On '88-'91 Preludes the ECU is located under the carpet on the right passenger floorboard. There will be a small flap in the carpet you pull up to see the ECU LED. Turn the key to ACC(radio on, but not started) and follow the directions on the link below. http://mustardcat.brinkster.net/p3g/Documentation/ECUerrorcodes/ECUcodes.htm

S3 flashing speedameter not working

Got the same problem on my 91 prelude..it's probably a loose /broken speedometer cable or a bad speed sensor (if electronic). I tried to find this sensor but could not see any cables running to the top of the trans.

My s4 light on my 1989 honda integra is flashing and car only will start when light stops flashing whitch happens when ever it likes 2

I found this one the www.hondacarforum.com
http://www.hondacarforum.com/honda-technical/28562-i-have-1989-honda-integra-can-any-one-tell-me-what-s4-gear-stick.html

You have a couple of choices on this Honda transmission... D and S modes. Consider the D as the normal Drive mode and the S for Sport mode. The difference between the two is that in "D", the transmission will shift through the gears all the way to 4th gear and at lower rpm shift points. In "S", the transmission will shift at higher rpm levels and will go no higher than 3rd gear and light S3 on the dash. Once the vehicle is in 3rd gear (S3) you can then press the S4 button and the transmission will go into 4th gear (when conditions dictate). I believe there is even an S4 indicator on the dash signifying the trans is in 4th gear

The last line looks like it is the key here though.

If the car thinks its in 4th gear when you are trying to start it, obviously it wouldn't start...you could probably hunt around and see if there is a sensor on the transmission stick that runs the "D" vs "S" mode
