SOURCE: rear vent windows stopped working.wont open.

If only the rear windows are inoperative, or if the windows only operate from the master control switch, check the rear window lockout switch for continuity in the unlocked position. Replace it if it doesn't have continuity. If the switch test is OK, check for a short or open in the wiring between the affected switch and the window motor. If voltage is reaching the motor, disconnect the window from the regulator and motor move window in and out check for binding. If no binding change motor. If voltage is not reaching motor check the wiring in the circuit for continuity between the switch and motor. Check that the relay is grounded properly and receiving voltage from the switches. Also check that the relay sends voltage to the motor when the switch is turned on. If not replace the relay.

SOURCE: My 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan left rear powered vent isn't working.

IF YOUR TALKING ABOUT THE POWER VENT WINDOW.IT MAY BE HYPER EXTENDED LIKE A KNEE OR ELBOW.TRY TAKING A SCREWDRIVER FROM THE OUTSIDE AND PUSHING THE HINGE INWARD JUST ENOUGH TO LET THE MOTOR WORK IT CLOSED.IF THE MOTOR ITSELF ISN'T WORKING PUSH THE HINGE JUST PAST CENTER THEN USE YOUR HAND TO CLOSE THE WINDOW PUSHING IT CLOSED WERE THE MOUNT IS UNTIL YOU CAN GET A NEW MOTOR.HOPE THIS HELPS

Rear vent windows won't open

First you need to find out if there is power and ground at the switch if both won't work,if no power there then look for a blown fuse in PDC under hood. Check them all as it may be on a different circuit, also check wire harness from the door into A post going to under dash, over time with door opening and closing that harness has a tendency to break wires that may be the power to the switch or output to vent motors (inside the boot)

NOTE: This procedure must be carried out when repairs are performed on any part of the power rear window system including when: the power rear window motor is removed from the window regulator drum housing, a new power rear motor is installed, a new power rear window regulator is installed, a new power rear window module is installed, and any operation in which grease or lubricants are applied to the power rear window system.

NOTE: Steps 1-6 must be completed within 30 seconds. The entire procedure must be completed within five minutes.
NOTE: Once the ignition key is turned to the ON position in Step 6, it must remain on until the entire procedure is completed.
NOTE: Steps 7 and 9 require that the power rear window control switch be held in the closed position until the power rear window motor stalls the window in the upper header seal. Step 8 requires that the window control switch be momentarily turned to the open position.

2004 honda odyssey rear window passenger side won't open

First check fuse #7 and #16 in the passenger side dash fuse box, however I've seen this happen allot on this body-style of Odyssey's. Here's a quick check you can perform: Operate the rear vent window switch and listen for a 'click' in the rear of the van next to the vent window. This is the relay 'clicking'. If you hear the relay 'Click' you now know that your getting power in the circuit. This means that the vent motor is faulty. This is a common failure and they usually go out in pairs, so the other side maybe on its way out too. If you don't hear the 'click' than you'll have pin test the multiplex control circuit for a fault.
