Jim, Remove passenger side kick panel to access the fuse box where horn fuse is located #3 fuse in your manual, box fairly high up under dash. Horn relay under hood/engine compartment fire wall.

The 1999 LeSabre only comes with a 3.8L 6 cylinder engine. Autozone lists a Dayco Upper hose part number D71779 with an alternate part number L-946.

Do some additional research, but they sell a lot of Climate Controls on ebay. 1995-1999 Buick Lesabre, Riviera, Park Ave Digital Climate Control P/N 16181974 (Fits: Buick LeSabre)

The alternator generates direct current for recharging the battery and for powering vehicle electrical loads.

Your alternator is bad. It's not recharging the battery as you are driving. The car is using battery voltage until it is all used up and then the engine dies. Replace the alternator and recharge the battery.
