You may want to install an adjustable pressure regulator to provide what the engine needs, not what the computer thinks it wants...Check with Holley, Moroso and Edelbrock to see if they have something that will help. Of course check the management controls to make sure they are working, but except for the MAP, I would expect a lean not rich condition from those items. If you are using one, check the mass air flow sensor when dirty inside they can cause problems.
Good luck (always said someone should build a 440 mag "69 charger with electronic injection...want to see quick???

take out all the spark plugs and put a radiator pressre tester on the radiator and pressurize the system, then inspect each spark plug hole for coolant. you will find out what cylinder or head will need service. How did this car run before sitting? Blue smoke is not good, although it doesnt sound like you have run it long enough to verify any real cyl problems. if its smoking it may be overhaul time. and the complete engin ewill need disassembly.

The black plugs are not firing. You can check by grounding the plug wire. put a screwdriver in the plug end of the wire, place the screwdriver
about 1/4" away from a ground, have somone crank it over if you don't see spark the next thing is to pull the codes with an OBDII scanner.
If theres a auto parts store close by they should scan it for free.
If theres not one close, I would buy one. it's about $50-$75.00 and it
works on any car made after 1996. the cost is about the same as buying 1 sensor you don't need. I think the coil pak may be your problem. But I don't want to say buy a one, because there are sensors
that send signals to the coil from the pcm. And if I am wrong about the
coil, you can't return electrical parts. I hope I have been of some help.
Good luck

The first thing would check are all fuses underhood and in the vehicle but many of these functions are controlled by the body control module.I am looking into body control functions will get back with you shortly.

Try and find, first of all, a hotter plug. Second of all, I'd watch your dipstick very close. Add a hotter (210F) thermostat, get it hot quicker. Finally, if all else fails, you may need to put on new valve guides, or check your rings.
