You have two wires crossed up ,check the firing order and see which two are crossed up ,hope this helped ,thanks robert b.

Ok I have a 2002 venture van 3400 misfire occurring was loosing coolant did intake gaskets had heads done checked and did head gaskets. Now misfire cyl 3 only. Changed plug wires coil no change compression...
you mean the injector # 3 was dry ? Is that injector connector plug-in, wires ok ? do anything different ? Is harness ok ? Is plug wire ok ? you need to make sure you have power thru and to #3 , even new wires can be bad ! check for a short, continuity, and good ground. any codes stored in the ECM ?

CHANGE NEW PLUS AND WIRES NOW HAVE BAD SKIP AND STILL MISFIRE ON CYLINDER 4
Would need my head under the bonnet to find the answer ,from your description it could now be a injector who knows but take the plug out and see if its all wet and black then go from this point as fault could be a coil pack /valves or fuel injector but as you havent stated year then again it could have a coil on each cylinder or a remove coil pack as you stated it has HT leads (wires)

03 X-type 2.5 129k. Plugs replaced @110k, MotorCraft platinum plus, all upper intake gaskets,breather hose,cleaned all connections. Problem-- stumbles under load, jerks. Code P0301 # 2 cyl. misfire....
P0301 misfire #1 cylinder you are more than likey face with a COP(coil on plug) failure check the connection on #1 COP and inspect the harness if good replace COP#1

4th cylander keeps misfiring new plugs and wires
first question is it a four cyl? or six did u change the coil pack plug wire if a four cyl? did u use ngk plugs to replace the plugs? or it may be a fuel inj you would have to swap fuel injs with a different cyl to see if it follows the inj or stays with the cyl, if it stays may need to diag that cyl further compression check etc

2008 mazda tribute, p0305. changed coil and plug for cyl. 5 still has misfire, can hear backfire noise in intake. no vacuum leak,wiring to coil ok. fuel press ok. egr system ok. no other codes. only makes...
It sounds like avalve malfunction on cyl #5 Compression test. Look for differences between cylinders.

2003 OUTLADER WITH MIS FIRE CODE, I CHANGED PLUGS WIRES COILS AND STILL GET IT AND YES IT RUNS ROUGH
sounds like it might be a fuel inj ,does it have a misfire code which cyl , try swapping fuel injs see if misfire changes cyls and follows fuel inj to different cyl

1998 Park Avenue: it may not be getting fuel how can i verify this??...
the easiest and fastest way is to listen for pump activation when you turn you key to the on posistion turn your radio off turn the key to on (just before the point of starting)and you should be able to hear the humming or vibrating if you dont then you are not getting fuel. if the pump is working or you cant tell if it is go to the fuel rail look foe a cap that looks like a valve stem cap take this cap off and push the stem in if you get fuel then you know that you donthave a fuel problem if you dont get fuel to the rail then its probably the pump. hope this helps you.

2006 dodge caravan, 6 cyl. relaced cole, sparkepugs and wires in oct. 2009. Engine is reading #2 cyl. misfire again. Why
Firts time swap spark plug & ignition coil between two different cylinders and read again if the same #2 cyl. misfires !
If #2 cyl. is OK and another cyl. misfires then spark plug or ignition coil is out of order and must be replaced.
If #2 cyl. misfires again then #2 injector must be checked !
If ignition coils & spark plugs (complete set for 6 cyl.) are replaced then you must check #2 injector !
