SOURCE: how do I change the
I did a Google search "How do you replace the rear spark plugs on a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus?" and found this link: http://www.faqs.org/qa/qa-6243.html
I haven't tried it yet and am thinking of purchasing a Chilton manual just in case, but as far as explanations go the one at the very bottom of the page in the link sounds the most legitimate so far.
Besides, I have to pay you guys $9.99 for one answer that I can get for free; or I can get the Chilton and have a whole heap of answers for around $20.
SOURCE: How to replace water pump
In short, to replace the water pump you need to disassemble a good deal of the passenger side of the engine. Without a lift, this is not a easy job at home. If you really want to do it yourself, I highly recommend you get a Haynes manual for the car. It's invaluable for a large job like this. Just be prepared for a long job. The shop manual for this calls for 5.5 hrs. That's a mechanic with experience, a lift, and all the right tools. One huge suggestion for you though. Replace the timing belt while you are in there. Its a cheap part, and honestly it'll fail someday. This will save you another headache's worth of labor for one little part.

There is a fuse panel on the drivers side dash, remove the panel and unscrew the phillips screw that sits close to what would be 3 o'clock securing the plastic panel.
Carefully use a thin flat head screw driver to slowly insert between the radio fascia plate and the dash and carefully pop it free in steps every couple of inches.
Remove the top two phillips screws securing the plastic dash and bottom two screws. That will release the top part of the dash and allow you to access the 3 phillips screws across the top ( 2 on the left side 6 inches a part) and 1 closest to the radio dash. There are 2 phillips screws closest to the fire wall one in each corner.
There are 2 phillips screws holding the plastic cover under the steering column.
This will now gives you complete access to the ignition lock assembly.
Remove the wiring clip that attaches to the back of the black alarm security box on the right side of the steering column. Remove the 2 - 1/4" small bolts on the top of the steering column securing the security box.
The security box has a plastic ring around the ignition cylinder and there is a plastic clip that needs to be lifted to slowly remove it from the ignition cylinder.
There is a black cable that is attached to a pot metal casing that holds a spring and the ignition cylinder in place. It is secured with 2 Torx #10 security screws (meaning they have a pin in the middle so you will need a special #10 torx with a hole in the middle bit to remove them.) Remove carefully and note where the spring is located and what it contacts to...
There is another plastic security ring and clip that need to be slowly removed to have complete access to the ignition cylinder. Insert the key and turn the ignition approximately 1/4" to 1/2" and the anchor pin will collapse so you can slide the cylinder out.
Line up the new replacement cylinder and insert into the ignition collar twist the key if you need to release the anchor pin and secure. Check operation.
If the key does not work to turn the tumblers to remove the cylinder then you will have to drill the cylinder.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN IT / FORCE IT WITH VISE GRIPS OR PLIERS AS YOU WILL DESTROY THE STEERING COLUMN IGNITION CYLINDER COLLAR. = Costly!!! Don't do it! :)
IF NECCESSARY CALL A local LOCKSMITH for an assist.
Reverse the above and install and secure. Don't over tighten.
Take pictures with your cell or cam to help with reassembly.
