Pull back the carpet in the trunk around the taillight assembly. i think there are 4 bolts to take off. after you get them off the whole taillight assembly will slide out. Find the bulb you need to replace and push it in and turn it a little bit and slide out.

2001 mitsubishi eclipes spyder replaced brake light bulb but still does not work

Did you check the socket and wires immediately nearby? I assume it is isolated to just one bulb. If not, check brake light switch behind pedal and fuse. Also, switch bulbs around just in case.
