The car is too accelerated it idles between 1200 and 2000 rpm and is constantly fluctuating.

    It doesnt always fluctuate, in park it does its always going up and down. in drive its at 1100. you have to hold the brake hard cause it wants to go. in park it goes up to 2000 rpm.

Does it fluctuate just when its cold or all the time. cause the idle is elecronicly controlled. so you should bring it in and ask them to hook up a scan tool to you car.

    if you have 1990 on it will have a power control module which controls the rpm i would look in to it.

Hi,first of all I would get the battery and alternater checked to make shore they are bothe performing properly,I know you have replaced the battery but sometimes even new items can be forty,and with the fluctuation it maybe the maff sencer,the best thing is to have a diagnostic don to find the couse.

The idling fluctuates to high rpm and to low rpm without touching the accelerator

vacume leaks will cause that listen around for any hissing or whistling and fix any if found.

Should the oil pressure gauge fluctuate with speed

The oil pressure guage will fluctuate with engine RPM. At idle it should be approximately 20 lbs./sq.in, at high revs about 50-60 lbs./sq.in. Hope this helps any concerns you may have. Good luck!
