SOURCE: how often should transmission fluid and filter be

Your owners manual has a schedule of maintenance in it.
Personally I would change trans fluid/filter at 50K unless you tow or qualify as severe service user. Check fluid monthly. Pay attention for leaks. Fluid should not be cloudy in color. Water will make fluid cloudy.

SOURCE: Can you flat tow a 2007 Lincoln MKX?

The 2007 Lincoln MKX is definitely towable "4 down". According to the owners manual: The ignition switch needs to be in the accessory position (position 2 of the 4 possible positions) so that the steering wheel is able to turn to let the front wheels track the towing vehicle. The transmission needs to be in "N" so that the engine's disconnected. The parking brake needs to be off, and the engine should be run for 5 minutes before starting out and "at fuel stops". This makes the vehicle a good vehicle to tow along with you behind your motorhome. The folks at Blue Ox make an excellent tow "baseplate" that is practically invisible yet hooks up easily to the motorhome. The BX2192 package is made specifically for the '07 to '10 MKX. It works beautifully with my '07!

SOURCE: How do you change the cabin filter on a 2007

The filter is behind the glove box. Remove the glove box door, squeeze the upper rear corners inward. The door will come forward, and lift it completely off. There is a release tab on the right side of the filter access door. Open that and remove the filter.

Where to buy new updated navigation cd for 2007 mkx

You can get Lincoln navigation discs from the following site:
http://www.audiovideo2go.com/mkx-2007-2008/

ANY of the discs on that page will work for you. The disc that originally came with your MKX is the "2007 release" so anything with a newer year will act as an update to your MKX navigation system.

Hope that helps!

How often do I change the oil in my new Lincoln MKX ...every 2000 km or every 5000 km?

The owner's manual calls for changing oil and filter every 7500 miles in normal service, or if driving in dusty conditions, offroad, or lots of low speed and idling (a taxi or maybe an unlucky commuter), go to the extreme service intervals of 5000 miles. Changing oil every 3000 miles is definitely NOT required.
