I have seen where the power supply to the solenoids is failed. Check the correct wire to verify power at the transmission. The computer will indicate that it is telling the transmission which gear to be in, but the solenoids have no power and cannot actually turn on. This is limp-in mode. It is definitely a power supply issue to the trans solenoids.

check make sure transmission fluid not too low or could have plugged transmission filter.or code scan for faulty transmission fluid pressure sensor or transmission range sensor bad or out of adjustment.transmission could have failed.garage has to run fluid pressure test see if transmission failed or you could have faulty shift solenoid..

When there is an issue with a manual gear box not working after a clutch replacement I am always suspicious that the clutch plate has been fitted the wrong way and the crank bolts are fowling on the cluch plate center . If the gear box was fine before and i now faulty I would go to what was done with the clutch. Also check that the clutck slave cylinder is working ok.

Then there is a serious problem with the clutch. turn the engine off and engage a gear and try and roll the truck, do it feel like it is in gear? if not the clutch is either defective or the transmission input shaft is broken

check the fluid in manual transmission and in the front and rear differantals i thing you might have blown your transmission

Hi orvil brad hear, I would guess since you said you have a brake fluid leak, all of the master cylinder pressure is going out through the leak, not leaving enough pressure to actuate your clutch. If its not this it will problem be inside the tranny and thats another story. Good luck

Could either be your shifting linkage needs to be adjusted or your transmission solenoids need to be replaced

gear oil, weight and capacity is in the owners manual. the guy behind the counter at the parts store can sell you some.

If you are going for the flush where you run a chemical through the system and then change the filter and gasket, use something called Seafoam. You can get this stuff at most autoparts stores. It is some of the best for this kind of issue. Follow the instructions on the can and this should lead to a fix.
