Cassette/radio deck in my '93 Dodge Dakota stopped working. Interior lights work,including lights on the cassette deck,but the deck itself doesn't function. Even the clock display doesn't function. Opened the interior and cables are still connected fine,fuses are fine,yet the deck does not work.

just removing ur radio would cause this (ive had mine out a dozen times) make sure all plugs and the antenna is plugged in snug, also you can try another compatible radio just to make sure from another ford (the two square connector style is refered to as the "world" plug)
Are these interior lights our the headlights? If it is the interior lights, you should pull the dimmer switch and check for a bad connection especially the ground connection on the back side. If that is okay, you may need to buy a new switch. If it is the headlights, check for a bad relay.
