What are Reasons why ac not blowing cold cold air 1992 acura vigor

horn relay located on the right side kick panel,you will see a row of relays,if horn relay is okay, more likely your horn control pad has a short inside causing horn button contacts to stick causing horn to keep blowing.

Check around the distributor cap. Commonly drips from around the base of the cap and onto the manifold, causing smoke and a stink.

Also seen it leak around the oil cooler at the base of the oil filter. You will need to remove the air filter housing to get at this area, but not too hard.

Drivers side of engine under the air intake throat. ( stand next to front tire on drivers side and reach under the round intake. You cannot see it but use your hands towards the passenger side. This is on the 5 cyl engine)

Is all the air bled out of the hydraulics??

I would then suspect a faulty clutch component.

Was it like this before the overhaul??

On a Honda built vehicle, the suspect item is usually the heat valve. Look for two hoses about 1" in diameter going toward the passenger compartment from the engine. One of them will have a valve inline usually. Another possible problem is a bad water pump, however, that will also cause a car to run hotter than usual as well.

I assume the coolant system is full? If not, that can affect heater operation. The heater core may be occluded or the fins calcified.

need to check ac fan or fans ,are they working? if not check fuses and fan relays,,,,,and fans (hot wire the fan to see if it/they work

could also be a faulty automatic choke

Ok, not sure about the starting thing, but the top radiator hose is telling you that it is going to blow.  There is probably a soft spot in there that is weak and is just waiting to blow on you one day when you can least afford it!  I would fix that ASAP.  Hope this helps that part of your problem.  Thanks for an honest rating!
