the way to remove pulleys from most alternators would be to use a gear/pully puller these gear pullers use a ratchet to push the pulley off of the shaft

undo the bolt on the front of alternator ,pulley will then lift away

go to avalon, dealer, and ask them. (or any ASE mech, on earth)
or buy the FSM and read that.
there are only 2 ways.
