Traction control Systems use the vehicles' brake, computer and engine systems to reduce wheel spin or slide. If the computer, through wheel speed sensors, "notices" that one wheel is rotating faster that the rest it can apply the brakes or reduce engine torque to get the wheel speed back in order.
This system is automatic and works without driver input. Just drive your vehicle as normal and the TCS will do what's necessary to prevent wheel spin, skidding, etc.
Seems you may have a wheel speed sensor (right front) which has come apart and is rubbing up against the 'tone wheel' on the axel shaft.182 views
