I would start by checking all the fuses under the hood.
There is a fuse called IOD which the factory leaves out and gets put in at the dealer.
That fuse could be bad.

It's in the engine compartment IOD#2. It's a black module with two fuses in it. Take that module off and replace the 20 AMP one.

Did you change the battery ? If so try disonnecting and reconnecting the CD changer.

YUP....new radio time...you can get a good used unit in a scrapyard or a new one of your choice at any audio store. Make sure you get any necessary face plate adapters and a harness adapter to make the job go faster and easier! ( necessary for new unit)
