Ac not cooling at all

It's to the passenger side of the battery, near the base of the windshield. You'll see two metal pipes coming through the main firewall next to the battery. The recharge port is on there.

The best balance of price, quality, availability that I have found is Mobil1 synthetic - it's on Audi's approved oils list. With the 2.0T engine, you absolutely want to use synthetic (the Audi turbo fours are known for oil sludge issues), and you want to do a SeaFoam treatment every 15k miles or so - that combination will keep your engine in great running shape.

That air duct is much too new to fail on its own. Sounds like you might have a mouse living in the duct work - blocking the vents. Have you looked at the cabin filter compartment? Strange smells? How does the heat work?

Hello. When the air doesn't work, check the belt that drives the air conditioner compressor. If it is broken it is probably laying in the bottom of the engine compartment. If it is not broken have the a/c charged. Most people leave this up to the pros who have the equipment required to do it. J.
