Have you checked to se if there is freon in the system? If there is no freon, the compressor will NOT run.

Kia amanti air condition

It could be your blower motor. It is located on the bottom passenger side of the dash board under/behind the glove box. There is a cover you can remove and you can touch the blower motor. once you have the cover off start the car and turn the fan speed to high then try hitting the blower motor and see if you get air flow. if this works you need to replace the blower motor. If not you need a test light and start checking fuses and see if you have power to the motor.

Fuse location for air conditioning. i needthe fuse location 93 gmc 2500

There are two fuse boxes... One is on the left side of the dash and the other one in under the hood, The air conditioner fuses should be in the box under the hood, there will be a diagram showing what each fuse is on the underside of the box cover.

Fuse for air conditioning

look at your fuses; one will have a break in the element if blown!
If not there, check for totally separate fuse; sometimes under the hood!
