No won't be fuse. My guess is there is something faulty with the main controller. You could probably verify this by trying the switch on right rear passenger door. If it works there then the problem is at the main controller in the driver door. Could be a loose wire or the switch itself is broken.
SOURCE: 96 Camry Power Window problem
the power windows of most toyotas only works if the master switch located on the drivers side is good. remove the master switch check for burned traces on the printed circuit board. solder a jumper wire across the burned part and it should work
SOURCE: passenger side window will not go back up
No.The drivers master power switch is probably bad.YOu will have to perform a test on the three other switches on the master. Check for power and ground when you push each putton. If the master switch fails the test you need a new master switch.
SOURCE: The drivers side window switch will not control
Most likely burnt contacts in the door switch.
The switch can be carefully levered out of the door trim with a flat blade screwdriver , unplug the loom and carefully pry the switch apart with a flat bladed screwdriver. ( Do it somewhere clean and easy to find escaped springs and ballbearings, like on the kitchen table) .
Inside the switch are a series of rockers with contacts at either end. Clean up the contacts with some fine sandpaper.
Reassemble.
These instructions assume that the passengers window still works using the passengers side switch.
Good luck
