When standing in front of the car, with the driver's side to your left, the bank closest to the radiator is cyl 2-4-6. the rear bank, closest to the firewall, is 1-3-5

the code you have is because you have a misfire on cylinder number 5 since you have already changed all the plugs and wires only two other possible causes either injector number five or a bad valve on that cylinder while idling put a piece of paper at the tail pipe if paper gets sucked back against pipe its a bad valve if not i would go after the injector..good luck hope this helps you.
It's possible you have a faulty fuel injector at that cylinder. You can always check the resistance on that fuel injector and compare it to the others to see if they are about the same. That's where I would go next. I hope this helps and good luck.
Well we should always look at the lowest number codes first. So P304 is cylinder 4 misfire. We need to check for spark, fuel and compression. Look at the spark plug for any carbon tracking down the side of the plug. This will be a black line burnt into the insulator of the plug. Check for spark at the plug. and both ends of the wire.
check all spark plug wires and replace. age and wear and tear will cause them to crack and therefore create the misfire in your cylinder causing the engine to run rough
This realy sounds like a fuel problem filter or the pump you are getting to many codes at once and all of these sensor can,t be going bad at the same time Looking at the random misfire and the fuel trim issues map and air charge all at the same time is unlikely The olny other thing you may wan,t to check is the crankshaft pisition sensor but aren,t getting that code so im thinking fuel delevery good luck
Do a compression test on the cylinder and compare it to a cylinder on the other side. If the compession reads lower in #4 the chances of the head gasket leaking is pretty good. What's happening is #4 cylinder may be blowing air into the cylinder next to it. You will not have any water in the oil or visa versa if this is happening.
