Wow, this open question is pretty old..... Imma gonna take a stab at it anyway.... Try the "check" relay under the hood. It should be located with several other relays under a plastic cover

The Audio system on my 2005 Solara Convertible just died. I checked and replaced the 25 amp fuse (the old one still looked good), but still no power. What else should be checked?

dead as in all functions and modes dead, all.
?
well it can only be 2 things
1: no 12vdc to head, (use a 10 buck voltmeter from walfart>?)
2: head end is dead.

25amps is the wrong, fuse. even 10 amps is good for 140watts.
the fuse is stated in the operators guide lost that?
some cars its mark,, RADIO.
the fuse that looks bad is
the fuse that looks good, can be , in fact. bad. what most techs
do is use ,yes, the voltmeter again, to measure bothsides of fues
keyon, radio on, to check all fuses related to radio (audio)
12v on both sides wins
if 12v makes it to the Radio and amp (if external amp then that too must have power, for sure) then the radio is bad, or amp.
if the radio scans and finds stations(not stated) then the amp might
be bad or lost power.

radio 101, over and out.

No dash lights, power locks don't work, fuel gadge doesn't work, radio doesn't work.

all these circuits share some common fuses, check fuse #6 ( 10 amp ), fuse # 11 ( 15 amp ) & fuse #12 ( 10 amp ) all in the inside fuse box at the left end of the dash.....good luck

I bought a 96 jeep cherokee sport & the interior lights only come on for the front passenger door. the three other doors & the hatch dont turn on the interior lights & i cant find any fuse box...

Can you turn on the lights with the Interior light switch?. If a light works, obviously the fuse is good. You will need a wiring diagram and a test light to figure out where to start.

Radio/clock will not work. fuse 10 amp is good

There is usually 2 power sources to that stereo, one for when key on & one constant for radio memory & clock, you know that right? Check for that& Make sure it has good ground also. Use another ground source from back of stereo to metal just to be sure, if no luck, probably time for new stereo.
