Well, if you mean the sensor that is located between the second and third spark plug on the DRIVER'S side of the block? That is the coolant gauge sensor.. Interesting, the same part number sensor(WT3000Z) is used by the computer to determine the coolant temperature for starting up - such as fast idle / running operation.. It is located on top of the block behind the coolant inlet hose.. That is the part that gives a lot of the starting problems.. If the radiator becomes low in coolant the part will get extremely hot and destroy itself?.. If you have weird starting problems, just replace it?.. They are cheap.. Here is a picture of the sensor.. what sensor is located on the rear right side, tha - 64e99ac5-21e7-47ba-9897-bd2f1a3a62d9.jpg

The coolant sensor you are referring to is located in the cylinder head and not the block. The question is very vague.......

You didn't state what engine....assuming a 4.3L and also you may not be identifying the proper side of the engine. Right and left sides of an engine are ALWAYS as viewed from the driver seat (left side of engine is driver side of veh). It sounds like you may be describing the knock sensor. Here is a link to a picture of that side of the engine

Wher is the crank sensor located in 1999 grand cherokee laredo located

Hi there:
Check Grand Cherokee Jeep Limited 1999/2000, the CKP sensor is located on the right side (driver side) at the end of the engine block when you open the hood and facing the engine block..the sensor sits on the bell housing..It has its cable connector end pulled all the way to the left side of the engine block and connected there, so you may have to first locate and grab that connector cable end, near the oil filter at that left side at the end of the engine block , and then you feel and trace the connector cable all the way through the back of the engine block back to the CKP sensor on the right end side of the engine block in order to easily locate the sensor.

Where is the crank shaft sensor located

Nissan has a crank and cam sensor kit. I would not buy any aftermarket sensors because of the effort required to replace the sensors. (I do not work for Nissan). The information below is compiled of tips I found on the internet and my own experience. Even though these procedures may appear lengthy, it took me much longer to figure out the correct steps involved for this task.
Even though I have included all of the steps (and hints) I used... THIS IS NOT AN EASY JOB FOR THE "DO IT YOURSELFER"
CRANK SENSOR IS LOCATED AT FIRE WALL SIDE OF BLOCK BETWEEN MOTOR MOUNT AND FLYWHEEL. YOU GET TO IT FROM TOP.

hope this help.
