A very nice comment considering the total lack of information provided . After all you are obviously expecting a detailed run down on how to do the job but what would be the use of anyone describing how to do it as you possibly cannot even read a workshop manual. Remember we have to try to give the answers to totally inadequate information supplied by you and only you know the circumstances of the problem. Please try to be nice in future

Heater / air conditioner fan control doesn't engage fan. Previously, it only worked in high speed.

I would replace the blower motor resistor first then see if that corrects this. The resistor is located next to the blower motor under the dash.

I need to replace the air conditioner blower fan on my 1996 Jeep Cherokee Sport.

You need to pull the blower motor (under dash on pass side) and vac out the debris that is in the ducts. If the fan is turning, you may have had a mouse take up residence in the heater, and there is stuff hitting the blower as it turns. Hope this helps.

Where is the relay for fan speeds located and how do you replace it.

I assume you are talking about the fan for the heater and air conditioner(Its referred to as a blower motor). Its tucked up to the glove box under the dash. Trace the wires from the blower motor back to the resistor.

2005 Toyota Tacoma Air Conditioner Not Working

Quick tip that might help. Under the glove box is the blower fan, check the plugs that run to it make sure they have a good connection. then give the blower fan a little tap, mine was just stuck. could have been from dust or something. Or a plug might have been loose.
