I was replacing a fuse on my 2000 VW Jetta and since then the Airbag warning light is on. When i turn on the ignition, the light goes off for a second but comes back on and gives an Airbag Fault warning. How do I fix this problem? Will reseting be helpful and if so, How? I tried disconnecting the Battery for an hour but the light is still there.
If the light is on, there's a fault stored in the computer. You have to get the trouble code to know what's going on. No way to guess your way out of this. Read this post on airbag lights

Check the fluid level in the resevoir. If it is low then top it up. However, it went low for a reason - maybe it's just because your brake pads starting to wear out or you could possibly have a brake fluid leak.
If your in any doubt have a pro check it out.
