SOURCE: 2003 Chevy Malibou RU872 resistor location blower switch relay

For location and replacement of the BMR. Remove the shroud below the glove box, 2 screws and a snap-pop fitting. Be careful of the courtesy light. Remove the blower moter and disconnect the power harness - - you'll need this extra room to work with. 2 more screws, same size, 7/32, 6.5, 7or 8mm on some, that holds the blower motor resistor in place. This replacement part is less than 40 bones at most parts store. Unplug, replace, re-install, test and you're on your way with about 2 hours of slow paced effort in your own driveway. Typical cost at a garage/dealer - up to $400.

SOURCE: 99 CAVALIER HORN RELAY LOCATION

If your horn isn't working and it isn't the horn itself the next thing to check is the horn wire in the steering wheel under the air bag. The little clip breaks off in time and the horn wire pops out. To repair you can remove the wheel and replace the part but I usually grind in a new notch in the old plastic and re attach the wire and it will work again.
Test the horn itself first. Just remove the connection to the horn and attach 2 wires to a live battery and tough the 2 sides of the contacts on the horn. If it blows the horn is good. If not replace the horn before you go any further.

Head lights will not come on, fuse is fine, I can jump the system with another fuse located on the fuse panel. Is there a relay somewhere, where can I get the nomenclatures for the part numbers on the...

There are no relays involved in the headlamp circuits on a 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24.
The headlamp switch gets power on pin "C" (RED wire) from fusible link "A" which attaches to the starter solenoid. The headlamp switch sends the power from pin "D" (YELLOW wire) to the dimmer switch pin "C" and the dimmer switch sends the power either to the high beam lights pin "B" (LIGHT GREEN wire) or the low beam lights pin "D" (TAN wire) depending on which position it is in.

1997 chevy cavalier. Is there any way to bypass the ignition switch? The car will turn over with a screwdriver to the starter.

The problem is most likely the starter relay, not the ignition switch. Ignition switches had a high nfailure rate in Cavaliers due to starter current. GM issued a recall and added a starter relay to solve this. The relay will fail periodically, resulting in a much easier and cheaper fix than a new ignition switch. If your Cavalier has the relay, you will find it in the very front of the engine compartment, just left of the battery, fastened to the back side of the radiator crossmember. GM Dealers have the relay for about $30.00.

2002 chevrolet cavalier, my brake lights, front and rear turn signals and hazard lights are not working

Your Hazard switch is bad. There were a bunch that had faulty soldering connections, and would fail prematurely. This circuit also competes with the turn signals, and the brake lights. Replace the switch with an aftermarket replacement, and it should fix your issue.
