This code refers to the front oxygen sensor on Bank 2. The heated circuit in the oxygen sensor decreases time needed to enter closed loop. As the O2 heater reaches operating temperature, the oxygen sensor responds by switching according to oxygen content of the exhaust surrounding it.

That's a code for an o2 sensor.bank #2 upstream sensor concern. There are 4 o2 sensors, actually 2 o2 sensors 2 monitors, this ode is for the sensor closest to the motor on bank #2...a o2 code doesn't always mean you have a bad sensor, could be a variety of concerns triggering the o2 to read out of range.avvacuum leak, fuel system concern, misfire.needs to be diagnosed by a mechanic

P0155 error code Mitsubishi diamante 2002 where is it located the sensor

P0155 is not telling you which part is defective, it is saying there is a problem in the system and that the triggers the fault code. In this case you have a O2 sensor whose heater is not heating. This may be the senor or the wiring to it.
P0155 OBD-II Trouble Code: 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction in cylinder Bank 2 (V6 only), Sensor 1, this is the sensor before the catalyst.

What do po155 mean?

Assuming you mean p0155 obd code is an o2 sensor heater circuit fault this could be the heater in the o2 sensor itself check for continuity or it could be a short in the wiring harness. Clear the code and see if it comes back! If you have done more than 100k miles in your car the o2 sensor is most likely due for replacement. best to confirm the fault first

I have a 97 corvette , the check engine light was on so I took to dealership, they replace 3 oxygen sensors, picked up the light came back on. At a lost end. These are the codes...

You can look up the error codes on http://www.obd-codes.com.
Because the error codes indicate heater circuit failure.
P0135 and P0155 mean the heater circuits for the front oxygen sensors are not working properly. You need to check the fuse.
#15 under the hood I think.
If that is OK, make sure the exhaust system is grounded. I believe the ground strap is on the back of the cylinder head - right side.

It would be rare that both O2 sensors died again, that quickly. I suspect the dealer didn't really do any diagnostics and just replaced parts (cheap option at least for them).

Error code p0155 on ford windstar 2002

Hi there:DTC P0155 - 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
This code refers to the front oxygen sensor on Bank 2. The heated circuit in the oxygen sensor decreases time needed to enter closed loop. As the O2 heater reaches operating temperature, the oxygen sensor responds by switching according to oxygen content of the exhaust surrounding it. The ECM tracks how long it takes for the oxygen sensor to begin switching. It the ECM determines (based on coolant temp) that too much time elapsed before the oxygen sensor began operating properly, it will set P0155.
A code P0155 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

  • O2 Heater element resistance is high
  • Internal short or open in the heater element
  • O2 heater circuit wiring high resistance
  • open or short to ground in the wiring harness

Possible Solutions
  • Repair short or open or high resistance in wiring harness or harness connectors
  • Replace oxygen sensor (cannot repair open or short that occurs internally to sensor)
