Air bag modules are located for the individual locations drivers is in the steering wheel front passenger is in the dash pad above the glove compartment side pillars are in the door post pillars between the front and rear doors now I really think you mean the crash sensors? If so there in the front radiator support and if you have the side pillars the sensors are in the dash sides and the door pillars side impact sensors are there name tag

Hello. Your car is fitted with an electronic speed sensor. Either the contact to the power source is not making a connection, (inside the dash) or the connection from the sensor to the dash is not connected on the sensor side, or the sensor itself may be bad. I hope this helps you. Thank you.

i dont know for sure, but check glove box, behind both front doors but on the dash or sides of the dash, under both sides of the dash, under the hood under the back seats, and inside the trunk panels. those are all the places ive seen fuses located

The sensor is located in the very front on top of engine slightly to the right, If you open the hood and lean over the engine just so you can see through the gap between the fan and the engine you will see two rubber radatior hoses kinda to the left then you will see the sensor to the right of them ,kinda looks like a spark plug with a plastic plug on the end of it with two wires connected to it.It screws into the ingine.

did you also replace the brake sensor wire with the brake job? its similar to #12 in this pic for the front axle(http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=EU33&mospid=47722&btnr=34_0757&hg=34&fg=05 if it was done at a BMW dealer, then replacing the sensor wire is part of the job. if replaced at an independent shop, then they might not know. each axle will have this sensor wire that wears just like the pads. replace this sensor wire and all should be fine.

The light sensor is in the dash board top about 2/3rds of the way over toward the passenger side. You will see 3 or 4 small slits, and that is where it picks up the light, or absense of light. Is the twilight control switch, located under the main light switch, in the position to turn the lights on automatically? It is a slide type switch, and must be slid over to the right for the automatic control to work.

On one of the front driver side pads there is a sensor for low pads. He either did not hook it back up or got a lose connection to it.
