It could be another fuse but its also a relay on the wiring system. Check the relay as well. Also check the switch it self there could be issues with the wiring connection on the switch control.
Look for a broken wire in the driver door jamb harness.

there are fuses under the hood also relays there . also there are fuses inside the car check them .. if all checks good you are in for changing a window motor out .. pull the switch and make sure you do have juice to the switch when the key is on .. thanks jerry holler if you need more.
