These are self bleeding so if diesel is getting to the pump it won't need bleeding. If you still feel the need to bleed the system then loosen one injector pipe turn the engine until you see diesel coming tighten again it should fire up. If you have a good flow of diesel coming from the filter to the pump and diesel at the injector pipe then your pump pressure may be low. To check remove any injector reconnect the pipe to it with the injector end where you can see it. Turn the engine with the starter a few times the diesel should be making a mist. Wear eye protection for this test

SOURCE: My injectors on my Isuzu NKR 77 Pick up are faulty. can I get them re furbished?

There are specialist shops which refurbish injectors, but first get a quotation as this can be expensive or impossible, depending on the type of work and injector which needs attention.

Do i need to bleed the injector pump on my isuzu bighorn 4gj2 after replacing the head? as it wont fire

anytime you disconnect the fuel rail, and if it has a bleeder/test port (looks like a tire Valve), Then it needs to be bled before fuel will reach the injectors. Also check Spark plug ignition as well make sure grounds have been returned properly.

Bleeding the fuel injection system

Why?

You turn the key on

Fuel is pumped to the fuel rail under pressure

Once you have a crank signal, the injectors pulse
& blow out any air into the cylinders, then just fuel

You need to be more detailed in what YOU TESTED SO FAR
& HOW

Do you have Spark?
Is the Fuel Pump coming on?
Is there 40 # or more on the fuel rail?

Timing Belt or Chain turning the cams?

Hi, I just put new seals in my Isuzu Bighorn 3.1 4GJ2 injector pump, now it has slow acceleration, Why? Can I adjust the timing without a zero point gauge?

Moving a fuel injector pump with out the proper measuring tools is inviting total engine failure. As too far advanced will melt pistons . Check that there is no air in the pump by ensuring that the bleed screw is opened for the bleeding process.. The hesitation may be from the governor not reaction because of low fuel pressure(air) or a problem from fitting the seals . Best advice is to have it adjusted by a professional diesel pump repair shop. The dollars it will cost will be peanuts to what it will cost if you get it wrong

How to bleed an Isuzu KB250D

Hi. Don't know these vehicles specifically but assuming it is an older (pre common rail) system you can loosen the injector pipe nut on top of the fuel injectors and crank the engine. If you get diesel out of them then re tighten the nuts whilst you crank to bleed out any air. If there is no diesel coming out then that's your starting point. If its common rail then you will need and engine code read.

are you loosing brake fluid? do you notice any leaks? it could be a bad master cylinder or a bad proportioning valve, master cylinder is more common failure.

How do i bleed the diesel on a 1990 isuzu rodeo jb1 4wd

1990 its an injector pump ,two bleed screws on the in jector pump, but it might have a auto bleed pipe, think it has so prime it with the hand pump then slacken the injector pipes on the injectors and assistant cranks ,never no more than 20secs so as not to overheat the motor ,then as one or the other shows fuel pumping up tighten it as you get to 2 or more it will start
