Is it an engine knock if it is an engine knock and killing the cylinder by removing spark or fuel makes it go away then your injector is in fact working. The reason the noise quiets down its because you've eliminated that which would cause a load or pressure in that cylinder. This means you have some worn internal engine parts.
Pretty sure I have answered this about a million times. Blower motor is on engine side of firewall on passenger side. You can run a hot lead to it to check if it's working! You did check fuse... Right?
