Sounds like the door close sensing switch is not making good contact all of the time. With the door open, try to lock the doors. If you get the 3 beeps, then it confirms that the button is not making when the door is closed. You may be able to adjust the button to make it stand out a bit...or just place a sticky-back felt tab on the door where the button touches...that should fix it.

Hi kifixya!
The doors lock automatically at road speed and must be unlocked with the unlock switch before they will open (with the exception of the driver's door). This is how they were designed to work.
To unlock all doors with the remote keyless entry, hit the button twice (like double-clicking a mouse); the first unlocks the driver's door; the second push unlocks the remaining doors.
Hope this answers your request, andgood luck!

Did you check with the other remote? If you have the same pb, I would say the alarm control box is not working properly anymore.Or the control lost its programation.

If remote locks and unlocks driver door but does not unlock passenger doors, then follow the advice above:
Get in the car using the key to unlock the doors. From the passenger
side lock and unlock your doors using the button on the passenger
door. Get out and the remote should now unlock all the doors with 2
presses.
Worked perfectly for me after several other suggestions (and dealer) failed.

When you use your remote or insert your key in the Drivers Front door all the door locks should work at the same time by the door lock motors electrically. If you have to manually unlock the door because it will not lock or unlock by the lock motor, you need a door lock motor. The drivers and passengers front door can unlocked with the key manually. The rear doors you have to pull up the latch. If no doors unlock electrically with the remote or drivers door lock, intermittantly or all the time, you will need a Central Locking Electronic Control Module. You will hear the "beep" but no door locks will fire at all. If you have odd door locks not working intermittantly you need a new door lock motor for each door lock that malfunctions. You can hear of the door locks are working electrically. Yes, they are common problem. If you can hear the door lock working but the door still doesn't unlock you need to take the door panel off and lubricate the door latch assembly and work the lock, loosening it up. This is common as well.
