Get some 18 gauge wire, two colors, you can do it a couple of different ways. My preferred way is to pull the wire harness if it is a pick up truck. And using a digital multi meter. Or DMM. Figure out what wire goes to which function. And splice it in. Be sure to use connectors and not just twist them together. It sounds complicated but once you figure out what is what. Go to an auto parts store, they wire harnesses that will plug into most vehicles. If they make one for your Nissan, I don't know, but it's a real simple deal you just plug it in to existing harness in the rear of the vehicle.
