Injector pump 1998 f350 7.3 rebild info? - 1996 Ford F350 Crew Cab

The cam sensor controls the injector firing. This can be checked with a noid light or test light. Pull an injector plug and hook up either. Crank it over and if the light comes and of off, it's not the cam or PCM. Check the fuel pump fuse and relay. Then go after the fuel pump.

Come back with the following info. Cam belt, gear driven, inline pump, rotary pump, common rail and I may be able to help as everthing is different for each set up

You say the pump is not working but the pump is working fine ??
What is the fuel pressure at the injector rail ?

Pull all injectors and fuel rail. replace the o-rings on both(rail to Injector, injector to head/intake). system refers to the fuel lines and the pump too. just for info.

could be few different things do you have fuel pressure if yes do you have spark or injector pulse possibles crankshaft sensor or fuel pump really need more info

could be the fuel is draining back to the tank could be a fuel pump problem or the injector pump check valve

does it crank over,if it does check to see if you have injector pulse with a noid light at one of the injector connectors.
