VIN number and the radio chassis serial number. The code was give to
the original owner along with entry instructions to reset the radio
whenever the battery has been disconnected. What you must do now is
contract the dealer for instructions on how to retrieve the code to
unlock the radio. There may be a charge for this and you may also
need to remove the radio from the dash, it varies by module and year.
