HI, THAT LAMP SHOWS YOU HAVE A FAULTY GLOWPLUG,BUT CAR WILL START OK WITH THREE WORKING,THANKS.

brake lights dont have any thing to do with the blinkers ,a seperate circut all together. first check your fuses ,then the globes ,then the switch on the brake peddle
