Before you "hack into the harness," try to change over everything so that all the wiring, switches and motors on the new doors are the original ones. A lot of the switches have circuit boards matched to the vehicle wiring and other switches. It is possible that your new doors have the wiring on the motors reversed, so that when you try to wind the window down, it wants to wind it up. Also before getting in to the wiring, if nothing else is working, make sure the motors for the window are actually working by disconnecting them and supplying the 12Volt positive and negative to them.
A master switch may be at falt, but try you may want to check power gets to window motors, remove door panels and use your test lite activate switch and see if lites Ok then needs a window motor if no your master switch is bad..
Very rarely on this year you may also found broken wires between drivers door and vehicle, where harness pass from door to inside car, disconet harnes from inside left kick panel and pull it out towars door pull black rubber boot back remove electrical tape and check all wires if any open or split repair and rechek al over. good luck
most likely your window switch in door. Remomove door panel to replace. Check operatin of window motor (regulator) with jump wires across harnes plug-in to switch....
check the wires on the driver side door maybe one wire is broken in the harnes inbetween the door where the door hinges are if not the window motor needs replacing
DID YOU HOOK UP THE SHIFTER UNDER NEITHE THE TRUCK. IVE DONE THAT SWAP 4 TIMES THIS YEAR,AND YOU SHOULD ONLY HAVE PULLED HARNES AND COMPTER OUT OF RIGHT HAND SIDE, THE DASH CONNECTOR ON LEFT SID ENG BAY, AND YOUR SHIFTER HARNES ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CAB
FRONT DEFROSTER IS VACCUM OPERATED, ON PASSENGER SIDE REMOVE PANLE TO THE CENTER CONSOLE, YOU'LL SEE A CANISTES SHAPED IN TENNIS BALS IN SECUENCE, START THERE TO CHECK FOR VACCUM PROBLEM.
REAR DEFROSTER/WIPER/WASHER ON HATCH.OPEN REAR HATCH ON DRIVER'S SIDE HINGE YOU'LL SEE A WIRING HARNES GOIN THROUGH USUALLY THAT HARNES BRAKES , LOOSING CONTACT TO ALL OF THE ELECTRICALS IN HATCH DOOR, EASY REPAIR. REMOVE HINGE GET SOMETHING TO HOLD HATC OPEN, LIKE LONG BROOM.PULL OUT HARNES AND REPAIR.GOOD LUCK
