Try using your emergency flashers. If all the bulbs are working, you don't need to replace any fuses.
More often than not, the flashers go on these older rigs. Fuses rarely fail unless there is a much larger problem.

How can i fix the problem blinkers & hazards don't work

If both the blinkers and hazards are not working, check the fuse block for a blown fuse. Also see if your running and brake lights come on. If they do, and there is no blown fuse, try replacing the flasher unit, usually located either near the fuse block or in the glove box area.

2001 4 Runner blinker problem

The hazards use a separate relay. listen for signal relay clicking to locate the correct relay. Consult your owners manual for fuse and relay layout.

I have replaced all my blinker light bulbs and allthe fuses. Put in new flasher fuses and pulled blinker arm and replaced with kit. And the break lights and and blinkers still don't work

on the brake lights, check to be sure the switch located at the top of the brake pedal isn't stuck, you can Jumper the switch to see if that works,

Windshield wipers don't work. Not the fuse. Also my blinkers don't work. Had to take out fuse. If let in driver side blinker stays on. Arm does not do anything

Hi,

Start with the easy stuff. Since you've already ruled out fuses, both issues sound like bad relays. The blinker relay is usually in the fuse panel and cheap to replace.

The wiper relay if I'm not mistaken is in the switch assembly on the steering column. This is a little more expensive because you have to replace the whole switch assembly.

Good luck!

2003 dodge stratus. I have no blinkers or flashers working at all. I have power at the fuse for blinkers. Every thing else on the turn signal switch works (headlights, wipers ect.) Just no blinkers Where...

I have a 2003 Dodge Stratus 4 door I replace my multi-function switch and I still have no functions of any blinkers at all I'm kind of thinking it might be a fuse I checked all my fuses in my fuse box relays all the fuses are good except for the fuse that might be sitting on top of the blinker I don't know what it's for it green

My blinkers and flashers all quit working at the same time. Indicator lights in the dash won't even light up. Do flashers and blinkers run off the same fuse?

The do not run off the same fuse but they do run off the same blinker. Try turning on the key, click the left/right (check both) turn signal and then operate the 4 ways on and off at the same time. Work the 4 way switch back and forth 10 to 25 times and see if you get any short winks or blinks from the system.
Turn signals are usually on their own fuse in the glove box and hazard are on with the brake fuse. If this does not work, I would look at the blinker. It is possibly bad. Check each pin of the blinker and see if there is power there when you turn on the 4 ways or turn signals. Replace Blinker. Make calls to parts stores and dealer for location of this blinker.

The left front blinker is out on my 1984 VW Rabbit Convertible (German Made.)  I replaced the bulb, still not working. I need to know which fuse to replace.

If the other blinker works it is not the fuse something is wrong with the socket for the blinker or a poor ground look at the filiment on the bulb I have had brand new bulbs blow out immediately after changing.
