I scan hear all the buttons working but nothing on the monitor

If the lever itself is broken remove it it will have a cable attached to it. unhook the lever from the cable and pull the inner cord of the cable with plyer's or simular. If the lever is'nt broken it may be stressed so follow the same process. As to removing check arround the lever for screws if no screws the lever pivets on a pin gently tap out the pin with a small punch and hammer if you havent got a suitable punch then file or cut the point of a small nail.

There is most likely a reset button under the dash somewhere. You can try pressing and holding that button down while pressing the lock button on the remote. If this does not work simply have the dealer reset it for you.

Check the horn fuse first, if thats ok check the connections at the siren/relay under the hood.
If all ok suspect siren and or relay.

What does it say in the handbook ,if in doubt go to dealer and try to buy a handbook in english ,we all get these problems and i what i often do is borrow their grandchildren for a while ,they always seem to get these things to work no matter what language the car is set up in .
