Need the location of the horn fuse for 1995 buick park ave ultra

I just need the fuse ID to replace the fuse.
I need a detailed fuse diagram showing the horn fuse. The horn is not in listed on the car fuse panel. Is it combined with another item?

For the right side the fuses are
1 Door Locks, Trunk Pull-Down, Fuel Door Release
2 Power Antenna, Lock Switch, Trunk Release
3 Horns
4 not used
5 Cruise Control, Misc. Engine Controls
6 Fuel Pump
7 Injectors
8 Powertrain Control Module, Pass-Key II
9 Not used
10 Not used
11 A/C programmer
12 Not used

The order for the fuses go up in down in columns. First row 1-4 etc.

I can't find a diagram of the belt installation for my 97 Buick Park Avenue. Can you help?

I can help, a belt diagram for a 1997 park ave, some of these cars come with a super charger, heres a diagram that list both the regular belt and then the charger belt, use what is needed, hope this helps.

I have a 1995 Buick Park Ave Ultra. The car has power but will not turn over. I was told by one shop that it might be the V.A.T.S. system and by another that it is the IGNITION CONTROL MODULE.

Make sure the battery cables are clean and tight on the battery. Check to see if the wires to the starter are tight. Try starting it in neutral to make sure the safety switch is being make. Also hold it up into park and try.
