no you cannot bypass it. What you can do is put an OBD I computer in it or there is a programmable ECM on the market now. These are very expensive options and alot of skill is involved. Where are you located?

Try disconnecting your battery cables then wait about 10 minutes. The computer should reset itself. Reconnect the wires to the battery. It is normal for the theft light to blink about every 5 seconds when the ignition key is out or in the off position. This means the system is armed and working properly. Hope this helps. God bless!

if its the whole vehicle than need to have hooked up to a computer at the dealer --if its ur radio notify the dealer they have the code needed to reset ur radio they can advise u how to retrieve the radio id number which also is needed

did you try to remove both battery cables for about 10 min or so ?? that may reset the comp and clear the problem
