SOURCE: how to fix my odometer in 1991 plymouth acclaim

If the speedometer is working but not the odometer it's in the speedometer it's self. replacing the speedometer cluster is the easiest their available on ebay or your local salvage yard.
what happens is the trip odometer wears and sticks, theres a small motor on a circuit board with a plastic sun gear, inside the speedometer housing. it drives both the odometer and the trip odo
the teeth strip off the sun gear and odometer stops.

No 12 volts to ignition coil

on a lot of plymouth acclaims ,there is no fuse marked ignition. what I would do is check for voltage at the ignition switch. if no voltage is going thru it. then the ignition switch is bad. check the wires from switch, and turn key to accy, then check wire. then turn to run and record voltage.

Check engine light won't go out on my plymouth

You need the scanner to turn the light off.Your pcm is throwing an engine code. When you do turn it off it will probably come back on until you fix the problem. Most shops will scan it for free. They can tell you what is wrong.

Power windows and ac/heater went out.

Sounds like some major wiring issues', Does the Car not get driven much? If a mouse got in the engine compartment its very possible that they could've chewed threw the wires, Check the Fuses, and also the connections in the Fuse Block and at the connections to the accessories, then also check the relays, if nothing shows up either in the engine compartment or in the passenger compartment you will have to go through the wiring harness'
