My car is a mitsubishi pajero. I replaced tie rod ends, ball joints and bushes. I then got the wheels aligned, but since then the right tyre started wearing out, now it is completely worn out. In addition the car becomes very unstable at high speeds, from 100kph and above. What can be the problem?

Yes indeed. Alighnment caused that to happen. Your alighnment was not done properly or was incomplete. The company that alighned your vehicle is responsible.

SOURCE: Front End shakes when stepping on brakes at low

Did you also replace the calipers? Sometimes one of them will either have a pin hole leak or just not be as strong and the one on the opposite side. BUT that is normally accompanied by a pulling to one side or the other. Also if the rear brakes don't catch evenly it could cause a front end shimmee!

SOURCE: My 1990 toyota celica has a bad vibration in

Hi,
Have you ever replaced the shocks / struts? Are you sure your tire does'nt have a bump spot or out of round? I usually will swap the tires front to back to see if the vibration or bumping moves, good way to tell if the tire is bad. I've gotten some pretty poor tires before, some do have factory flaws that will cause that. Shocks will cause that also. Sway bar pins / joints that are worn can cause that also.

What do I fix to stop left and right sway on my 1996 Seville concord

Get a front wheel alignment? It sounds like you have tow-out instead of tow-in. Tie rod ends may be loose, or bushings and/or ball joints may need replaced. Perhaps shocks too.

130 km !! Well, in order of liklihood

- out of balance tyre/rim combination
- out of round tyres
- loose front hub adjustment
- worn tie rod end joints
- worn suspension bushes
- worn front strut and mount rubbers
- worn inner tie rod ball joints
- worn steering box mounts
- worn or loose steering shaft spline or u-joint

Car shekes when hit bumps

Check for bad wheel balance, struts, lower ball joints ( no upper joints) , outer tie rod ends, inner tie rod ends, stabilizer bar bushings, lower control arm bushings , and finally a wheel alignment ,you have some bad looseness in one or more of these front end parts. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

Hit a bump the the steering wheel shimmies

most likely cause is a ball joint first suspect is the track rod ends ,possibly even the inner ones on the steering rack ,but it could be a lower track control arm joint or bush as well ,doesnt this vehicle have a yearly mechanical inspection ?? and six months in the case of a commercial vehicle like this one

Ute has just started squeaking while driving also when you push down on front of car also wearing out tyres fast its a mitsubishi L200 ute

You need to replace struts befor you have more damage to front end, This will run you around $100 each side. Might have them check your ball joints while there replaceing struts, Best of luck to you. You could do this on your own but you would need a spring compresor .

Front tire wear on inside creating pockets and road noise. how much of the front end do i need to replace to achieve alignment?

You can't stop short with front end repair or your just throughing money away . But upper and lower ball joints are the biggest problem on this vehicle . The uppers are not bolted they used rivits to hold them to the frame and with antilock brakes the vehicle shakes from side to side and this loosens the rivets once there loose the front end can not be alinged So start with that ball joints the rest of the parts are heavy dudty

The car, no matter what speed, will **** real hard right to left like something in the front end suspension is broke

couple possibilites.

Contol arm ball joint
tie rod ball joint
(really low air pressure in tire (unlikely))

pretty well all the options... ball joints are "fun" to relace... usually involves a big hammer! :-)

1991 Oldsmobile 88 Royale loud clunk when turning??

Ball joint, tie rod end or upper strut bearing. CV joints? Pulling to the left may be an alignment problem with front or rear tires. Get a four wheel alignment.
