2004 Chrysler Concorde Logo

I have a 2004 Chrysler Concorde Limited with a 3.5L engine - The car shut off on me as I was driving at 60mph. I coasted to a stop, put the car in park and it started right up. This has happened several times in the past 2 months. In addition, every now and then, the car will jolt as if it is getting no power or gas. The jolt started the day after it shut off on me for the first time. If I take it on the highway and go 70mph or more, the car jolts and jerks until I get to 65pmh or less. The other day I pushed the gas to pass a car and the car choked out, I came to a stop and it took me 4 times to get it started again. Any suggestions??

I had the same issue that has evolved into the car starting and idling for 2-3 seconds then stalling. After doing this five times it won't turn over at all. All the dash lights are on but no turn over. After the car sits for appoximately 15-30 minutes, it starts and runs fine for 3-4 weeks then does it again. I was told this is due to the camshaft and crank position sensors needing replaced.

2001 chrysler town country shakes running at 40mph but stops shaking when it reaches 60mph

Could be a tire out of balance, a drive axle, or something in the engine.
Is the check engine light on ?
Would it shake if you were coasting down a hill at 40 or 50 mph ?

Have your transmission oil filter changed;
it is located under the transmission pan
The oil is what makes the transmission shift
When you shut off the engine it stops the transmission pump then when you start up again the transmission shifts until the filter clogs again
